Please book your party and pay the £50 non-refundable deposit  before filling in this form.  Deposits can be made via our website booking system, or in person by cash or card by popping into the centre. All major credit and debit cards accepted.

We require this information as part of our fire health and safety policy. If names are changed please let us know, alternatively please bring a list of names with you before the party starts.
