Our sessions are non-refundable, however with 24 hours notice you can transfer your session to another time/day.

Do I need to wear socks?

Yes! Shoes must be removed by adults and children and socks must be worn at all times. If you forget to bring some don’t worry we sell them!

Do you have parking?

Our centre is located just a minute walk from the main central town car park in Leslie Smith Drive. There are also a number of car parks nearby at Faversham railway station and The Queens Hall car park next to Co-Op.

We have high chairs, nappy changing facilities, two toilets, free WiFi and a café.

What age do my children need to be to visit?

Our play area is exclusively for children who can walk up to 7 years.  You are welcome to bring older children to aid younger siblings but our equipment and costumes are designed to be used only by children up to 7.  We reserve the right to charge for damage caused by older children who use the play equipment. Pre walking babies are also welcome, but your little one will get more enjoyment from our centre when they can walk.

I want to book a party, can I bring my own food?

Yes we have a DIY party option where you can bring your own food along.  Please see the party section of the website for more information and to book.  Please consider any allergies anyone in your party may have when choosing food, we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions caused by the food you bring.  Birthday cake is not supplied in any party package so please bring one along.
